Welcome to my personal website! I am a Research Associate in the Living Conditions department at the Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research (LISER) and actively involved in the Health and Health Systems Programme. I also serve as a Global Labor Organisation fellow. Before joining LISER in 2021, I worked as an Assistant Professor (without tenure) at the Faculty of Economics in Strasbourg, where I received my PhD in 2019.
As a microeconomist, my research spans health, demography, family economics, and gender, with a strong focus on the socioeconomic implications of demographic changes. I primarily investigate how population aging influences individuals, families, and firms, with a particular emphasis on informal care and its broader economic and social consequences. Beyond ageing, I explore the challenges faced by other vulnerable populations, including people with disabilities, analyzing how various structural and environmental factors shape their daily well-being, access to resources, and overall quality of life. My work aims to provide insights that inform policies supporting these populations and fostering inclusive and sustainable social systems.
