Quién es Maria Palitos?
Maria Palitos nació en Piedecuesta -Colombia, pero decidió viajar a Ibiza a la tierna edad de 15 años. Inmediatamente se enamoro de la gente, las playas y la rumba con todos sus nuevos amigos, pero siempre sintió que algo hacía falta. Después de pensarlo mucho se dió cuenta qué le hacía falta: la comida que disfrutaba cuando era mas pequeña! Por ésta razón ella empezó a cocinar comida Colombiana que la hiciera sentir completa y feliz y en casa, y es lo mismo que ella espera que sientas tu hoy aquí.

Who is Maria Palitos?
Maria Palitos was born in Piedecuesta - Colombia, but decided to move to Ibiza when she was only 15 years of age. She fell in love in the people and the beaches and loved partying with all her new friends, but she always felt like something was missing. After much soul searching she realised what was missing: the food she grew up eating! That's why she started cooking Colombian food to make her feel complete and happy and at home, and she hopes it makes you feel the same way too.
