Welcome to my page!
I'm a Guatemalan development economist with a focus on applied research and policy advice. Previously, I worked as a pre-doctoral research fellow at the University of Göttingen and as a research consultant with the International Labour Organization (ILO).
My interests lie in empirical microeconomics with applications to labour markets, education and migration. With my work, I want to understand the causes of unequal opportunities, especially with regard to the formation of human capital.
Since September 2025, I'm an M2 candidate at the Master's in Public Policy and Development at the Paris School of Economics.
