Mariana Viollaz

Welcome to my website! I’m currently working at the Gender Department of the World Bank, where I support the advancement of women’s leadership and access to more and better jobs.

Previously, I worked at the Centro de Estudios Distributivos, Laborales y Sociales (CEDLAS, Argentina), where I combined academic and policy research, which often supported international organizations in their collaborations with governments.
