Assistant Professor at the School of Economics, Business and Accounting at the University of São Paulo (FEA-USP). I hold a PhD in Public Administration and Government from FGV EAESP, an MSc in Political Science from the Universidade de São Paulo, and a BA in Social Sciences from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
Previously, I worked as a Lecturer at the São Paulo School of Business Administration FGV EAESP (1º/2025), a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at IDHEAP – Swiss Graduate School of Public Administration (2024–2025), and a Visiting Researcher at Harvard University (2022–2023). My work has been recognized by the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA - Founders’ Fellow), the American Political Science Association (APSA - Lowi Policy Studies Journal Best Article Award), the Public Management Research Association (Camilla Stivers Award), and FGV EAESP (Research and Publications Award).
My main research interests include organizational behavior; behavioral public administration; motivation and well-being at work; change and innovation; collaborative networks.
