Welcome to MPWM. This initiative was launched in 2019 with the goal of fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for female graduate students in mathematics. From 2021 until my graduation, I had the privilege of leading the program and helping it grow into a meaningful part of our department's community.

At its core, MPWM connected incoming graduate students with more experienced peers through a structured mentorship model, helping to ease transitions, build confidence, and create lasting relationships.

In spring 2023, we introduced the MPWM Graduate Seminar, offering a space for discussion, knowledge sharing, and collaboration among women in mathematics.

While I am no longer involved and cannot confirm the program’s current status, I remain proud of the work we accomplished and the connections it fostered.
