Intro-

Do you want to see a better tommorrow? Well I for one would love to breath clean air. Gases from cars and factories give off pollution into our air. what are we to do about this? How is this effecting our environment, our health?

History- what gases are being put into the air,

Passenger vehicles are a major pollution contributor, producing significant amounts of nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, and other pollution. In 2013, transportation contributed more than half of the carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides, and almost a quarter of the hydrocarbons emitted into our air.

Factories pollute the air through fossil fuel emissions. These emissions include carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide. Combustion creates these toxic pollutants.

Ways to solve the issue - The most basic solution for air pollution is to move away from fossil fuels, replacing them with alternative energies like solar, wind and geothermal. Producing clean energy is crucial. But equally important is to reduce our consumption of energy by adopting responsible habits and using more efficient devices.

1. Drive your car less. Vehicle exhaust is a major source of air pollution

3. Turn off your engine
4. use mass transportation
5. Go green with factories
6. Put policies in place as to what kind of vehicles can be used and what factories need to do to fix the problem with emmiting gases
