Hi, I'm Mariah! I'm a Salt Lake City, Utah-based writer with a passion for travel and the outdoors. My goal is to inspire people to get outside, enjoy life and advocate for Earth's beautiful landscapes and species. I've written for several lifestyle and travel-focused publications, including SKI, National Park Trips, Mountain News and Salt Lake. My camera accompanies me on many of my adventures and I often document them on social media and contribute my photos to publications. 

When I'm not writing or traveling, I enjoy hiking with my dog, Rufus, skiing in the beautiful Wasatch mountains, or enjoying one of Salt Lake’s many cafes and bars.
