In my classes, I try to encourage collaboration between my students, a comfortable learning environment, and as much active learning as possible. I'm currently teaching Math 3613 (Intro to Abstract Algebra) and Math 2163 (Multivariable Calculus). In the spring, I'll be teaching Math 4753 (Intro to Cryptography).

My number theory courses (347 and 348) focused on specially-selected topics to give my students the opportunity to explore mathematically, practice reading comprehension of mathematics, and generalize from familiar settings to unfamiliar ones.
