Teaching

As a faculty member at Ohio State, I have taught AMIS 3201 (Financial Accounting II) to undergraduate students since Spring 2025. This intermediate-level course covers a variety of interesting and challenging topics, including bonds, leases, deferred taxes, equity, and earnings per share.

Previously, as a PhD student at Chicago Booth (2019-2024), I served as a teaching assistant (TA) for several courses:

• Accounting for Entrepreneurship: From Start-Up to IPO (MBA), TA for Prof. Phil Berger

• Financial Accounting (MBA), TA for Prof. Amoray Riggs-Cragun

While at Chicago Booth, I also contributed to the development of a new class created by Prof. Christian Leuz, Navigating the ESG Landscape: Information, Sustainability Reporting, and Analysis, which was first taught in 2023.

Previously, as an undergraduate and MAcc student at Ohio State (2012-2014), I served as a TA for Prof. Tzachi Zach for his undergraduate course, Honors Introduction to Accounting I.
