My reserch interests cover a broad range of topics in theoretical astrophysics, with main emphasis on the properties of the host galaxies of binary compact object mergers, short gamma-ray burst and X-ray binaries. I am also interested in the dark matter halo - galaxy connection, and how the dark matter properties (such as concentration, spin, and formation time) impact on galaxy properties. 

Besides my interest in science, I am an amateur photographer and trail runner addict.
