Ackim had planned a trip to the Hunter Valley to celebrate one of our anniversaries. He had invited Dean (one of his friends) to come along the day after our anniversary to have lunch with us at Hunter Valley gardens.

We were walking around and Ackim asked me what I thought of the view. I told him it was beautiful and I wouldn't mind getting married in a place like this. He said how about getting engaged - would you like to get engaged in a place like this? When I turned around he was down on one knee.

I realised why Dean was there as he was filming everything. I obviously said "I do" and we both had tears in our eyes.
