Russell B Hanson

December, 1, 1970, Margo started work at a nursing assistant at the Washington County, WI, Samaritan Nursing home.  One of her fellow nursing assistants was a 23 year old man, Russell Hanson, who had started  a month earlier, fulfilling a 2-year Selective Service assigned job as a Conscientious Objector.  In place of being in the army, he had to spend 2 years assigned to a public service type job. 

The two worked together, got to know each other, started dating and on March 4, 1972, married.  They had nearly 53 years together before she died, Feb 6, 2025.  They were blessed with one son, Scott, September 13,  1975.
