Margo Baker

On April 27, 2005 18 year old Ross Telp scratched the rims on his mother's car. Margo Baker, his mother, wasn't pleased. They argued. Mr. Telp stabbed his mom several times at their home, them wrapped her body in a children's swimming pool and dumped her into this ravine.  Ross reported her missing to the police. After which he was so enamored by his actions he started bragging to his friends about what he had done. One of his buddies dropped a dime. The police took Mr. Telp to the station for questioning. Mr. Ross made a deal with the police: If he showed them where his mom's body was he could go home. He found out later the police lied. 

Ross Telp is serving a 33 year prison sentence for 2nd Degree Murder and now resides at the Eastern Correctional Institution in Westover, MD.
