Summary
As an Integrative Counsellor I combine a variety of counselling methods such as CBT, Person-Centred and Psychodynamic to work with my clients.
I recognise that living with a mental health concern can impact your home-life, physical health, and work life and that each client and their presenting issues are unique and I encourage a collaborative approach with my clients to explore what counselling method is in their best interest.
