Hi, I’m Margaret Wachira 👋

Higher Education Professional | Student Success Advocate | Inclusive Leadership Enthusiast

Welcome to my personal space! I’m a passionate higher education leader with a deep commitment to creating inclusive, empowering experiences for students from all walks of life. Currently, I’m pursuing a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies (Higher Education) at the University of Kansas, where I also serve as a Graduate Assistant with the Office of Community Impact. 

My work focuses on supporting community Impact programs and inititaives. 

I previously served as Principal at the University of Embu TVET Institute in Kenya. There, I led institutional development projects, coordinated student-centered initiatives, and championed access to quality education in my community. My professional experiences have shaped my vision of leadership—one that is student-centered and grounded in collaboration.
