MAREB is a research-oriented offical master's programme of 60 ECTS taught entirely in English in one academic year, providing postgraduate research education and training in Applied Economics and Business (Entrepreneurship and Management).
MAREB offers two fields of specialisation:
Entrepreneurship and Management, with particular emphasis on new business creation and SMEs management.
Applied Economics, focused on the relationships between markets' outcomes and public intervention in different areas.
All students share two compulsory modules during the first term of the academic year: (1) Quantitative Research Methods and (2) Applied Economics and Business. During the second term, each specialization field includes at least one elective module. The program is completed with an individual Master’s Thesis consisting of a supervised original piece of scientific research (offering a diverse scope of fields to pursue students’ varied research interests).
A summary of the syllabi of each subject included in the different modules can be accessed here.
