About

I am Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mardiana Idayu Ahmad, an academic and researcher at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), specialising in environmental technology, sustainable energy and environmental sustainability.

My research spans sustainable energy technologies, biofuels, energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, bio-based materials and environmental management. Beyond research and teaching, I am actively involved in postgraduate supervision, industry collaboration, consultancy, knowledge transfer and community engagement.

My work is driven by the integration of research, education and practical solutions towards a more sustainable and resilient future.
