It is unsure when Velimir Volokov had joined this site his public record list's him as personnel from 5/5/19** which due to his age is rather impossible, when asking Velimir of this he seems to change the subject rather quickly often times when asked he will say "oh captains are requesting me to D-block" even if their are no captains on site at that moment and if pressured and cornered to give the information he will go into a fit of rage and becomes inconsolable until the staff member who asked the question leaves the room. According to our records and video files the first proper recorded footage of one Velimir Volokov was in 1950 however according to staff records his name pops up as far back as site 65's inception further research into this member of staff proves fruitless its as if Velimir himself has erased much of his history and only recounts this made up story of being raised in Shropshire to keep up a fake persona.
It is worth noting however that Sgt Velimir Volokov seems rather partial to Chief Jack Edwards, Captain Roman, Captain Kylie and Captain Rose and is often seen near them and defending them, In regards to D-block Velimir seems to have a deep seated hatred of all D-class bar from Trustees to which he can regularly be heard calling "scum" and "not worth the hassle", Whenever a D-block riot occurs and D-class do manage to get free death usually follows, During one particular breach roughly 10 D-class had gotten free and by the time they were all found inside CPC storage room their was nought but death and Velimir surrounded and covered in blood when questioned he simply walked off to get changed.

During a rather bad D-block riot Sgt Velimir volokov brought a team to crack down a drug ring inside D-block which resulted in said Sgt being hit with cocaine laced with radiation due to this much of his skin has bonded to his Armour and must take regular pain killers and muscle relaxants what is interesting to note is that when attempt's to take the SGT's blood all that would come out is a dark red substance with white flakes littering the fluid however any attempts to study this was stopped by the sgt and when questioned he once again became enraged.
