Starting as an IT Administrator and Social Media Manager, I advanced through multiple promotions, gaining in-depth knowledge of the Food and Beverage distribution industry and transitioning into a long-term, multifaceted role. I developed and managed all aspects of marketing, from creating invoices in QuickBooks to designing promotional materials such as brochures, EPKs, in-store advertising, online ads, and branded company vehicles. Additionally, I remotely managed social media platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, to drive online sales and strengthen brand visibility.
Beyond marketing, I played a strategic role in sales and operations by implementing optimized sales routes and lead generation tactics, leading to a doubled sales team, expanded territory coverage, and an increase in delivery drivers across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. I also managed B2B sales, merchandising, and account management in the eastern Carolina region while overseeing warehouse inventory and staff to maintain an efficient and organized system. Leveraging CRM software, I ensured strong client relationships and effectively tracked account statuses to drive business growth.
