Propertysurf Realty
I managed the YouTube presence of PropertySurf Realty, a real estate marketing company, and the personal channel of the its founder, Sir Dan Alleje, overseeing content strategy, video production, and platform-specific optimization. My work included editing property and lot feature videos, shooting on-site content, and producing engaging short-form videos for Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts.
I also developed social media strategies focused on audience retention and reach, such as creating hook-driven thumbnails, dynamic intro transitions, and optimized posting structures to enhance viewer engagement and visibility across platforms.
The highest traction I was able to achieve was garnering a total of 12 thousand views for a single video.
MoCAF
I managed the MoCAF (Modern and Contemporary Art Festival) social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for "The Christmas Edit," overseeing content creation, same-day shooting and editing, and real-time social media strategy throughout the event.
From December 3 to 14, I produced and published engaging publication materials, short-form videos, and event highlights to maintain a strong and cohesive online presence while maximizing reach and audience engagement.
UP Cinema
I handled multiple social media accounts across different platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and LinkedIn. These accounts serve as key avenues for the organization’s publicity and promotions.
I managed these accounts through maintaing a strong social media presence, crafting publication materials, editing video and short animation for promoting events and hot topics, and managed their branding in the School Year of 2024 to 2025.
The highest traction I was able to achieve was garnering a total of 222,678 reach for a single post.
