Welcome!
I am currently a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Economics, Queen’s University. I obtained my Ph.D. in Economics from Rice University in 2024.
I am on the 2025/26 job market and available for interviews.
My research considers topics in labor economics, applied econometrics and the economics of education with a focus on the early childhood period. In my job market paper, I develop a methodology to elicit parental subjective distributions regarding the returns to investment in children during early childhood.
Beyond this, I study universal childcare policies in Québec, cross-country fertility preferences, and workforce dynamics in early childhood and K–12 education. These projects explore how policies and institutions influence family decisions, teacher retention, and the formation of skills from early childhood onward.
