I was born in Tuscany, Italy.
I obtained my M.Sc. in Economics at the University of Pisa in 2015. Then I moved to the University of Siena to pursue a PhD in Economics, which I obtained in 2019 with a thesis where I developed applied Game Theory models to study the impact of lobbying over decisions of policy and regulation.
During my PhD, I spent six months as a visiting student at the Universitàt Autonoma de Barcelona.
After spending 1 year as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Pisa working on Experimentla Economics, I accepted a 3 years position as Lecturer in Economics at the Maastricht University School of Business and Economics. Finally, in autumn 2024 I moved back to Italy as Assitant professor in Economics ad the Department of Law of the University of Pisa.
