Key Clubs

Partnership & Overview

Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world, one child and one community at a time.

Key Club International (part of Kiwanis International) is the oldest and largest service program for high school students. Currently, there are more than 260,000 members nationwide on nearly 5,000 high school campuses. Key Clubs are encouraged to work with March of Dimes as one of three designated charities or service partners. Key Club members focus on raising funds and mission awareness for the March of Dimes during February, March and April through March for Babies and other activities.

Mission Engagement

From assisting with educational aspects of the Salk polio vaccine field trial in 1954 to raising awareness of premature birth today, Kiwanis International members have shown their commitment to healthy babies and healthy children with the March of Dimes.

Fundraising

Each year, all levels of Kiwanis International support March for Babies, with Key Club leading the way raising over $100,000 annually and collectively raising over $2,400,000 since 2002.
