SHOOTING SPORTS NEWS
The leaders and volunteers are busy preparing for this year’s shooting season. We are looking forward to welcoming new families and catching up with friends.
Volunteers and Certified Leaders are always in demand. If you are interested in being a volunteer or certified leader, please let us know. Certified leader workshop information can be found on the WI 4-H Shooting Sports Project page.
Upcoming Dates
March 11 – Welcome Email will be sent to all enrolled member families using the email provided in 4HOnline. The email will contain a Welcome Video, information about the registration process and fees, communication resources, the weekly shooting schedule, and more.
April 2 – Virtual Q&A Meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. for anyone with questions after watching the Welcome Video. Join the Google Meeting by clicking the following link or pasting the URL into a browser of your choice: https://meet.google.com/xku-zfoj-ngw
April 4 – Deadline to review the Welcome Video.
April 8 – Registration fees must be postmarked by this date. All online waiver and code of conduct forms must be received.
April 9 – Range set-up will start at 6:00 pm at the Sheboygan County Fairgrounds. We will meet at the Coliseum and Goat/Sheep Barn. More hands make light work.
April 20 & 21 – New Shooter Orientation sessions are scheduled with two (2) sessions each night for both archery and air rifle. New members are required to attend one session for each of the disciplines where they are a first-year shooter. More information will be emailed to new members.
April 27 – Regular Shooting Schedule begins and will be available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. A post with instructions on how to sign-up for shooting will be made in Rallyhood for those members who have submitted the required waiver, code of conduct form, paid registration fees, and attended new shooter orientation (if needed). Stay Tuned!
May 28 – Final day of shooting and range pack-up. We will have a fun shoot on the last day!

What’s New:
All participants must be approved, currently enrolled 4-H leaders in 4HOnline.
Registration will now take place through your 4HOnline account.
Payment will be made by credit card through 4HOnline at the time of registration.
Registration will close two weeks before each workshop date.
Workshop Fees:
$65 per person
$35 for a spouse from the same household
