Middle School Math Tournament
Each year, we host a competitive mathematics tournament primarily for students in the Atlanta area. We will be hosting our third annual competition in the Middle School March Mathness competition series on March 23, 2019.
NOTE: This year there will be a change in format. Our middle school tournament's individual round will consist of a written test (30 Free Response, 40 Minutes) and a ciphering test (4 sets of 2 questions, 6 Minutes for each pair). The tournament's team round test (10 Free Response, 20 Minutes) will allow for 4 individuals to participate as a team. Additionally we plan on hosting a Blitz round for parents, coaches, and students to spectate. The top 10 individuals will participate in this round which is all about speed.

8:00 AM - 9:00 AM Team Check-In and Registration
9:15 AM - 9:55 AM Written Test (30 Free-Response Questions)
9:55 AM - 10:10 AM Snack Break
10:15 AM - 10:45 AM Ciphering Round (4 Sets of 2 Questions with 6 Minute for each pair)
11:00 AM - 11:20 AM Team Round (10 Questions in 20 Minutes)
11:30 AM - 12:30 PM Lunch
12:45 PM - 1:15 PM Blitz Round (Top 10 Individuals)
1:20 PM - 1:40 PM Awards Ceremony
