I’m an AI leader with a strong focus on translating business goals into intelligent products that create real impact. With over nine years of experience across insurance, healthcare, and research, I currently lead the AI team at ottonova—Germany’s first fully digital private health insurer—where I drive AI adoption, operational excellence, and strategic alignment across the organization.

My background combines analytical depth from a PhD in Economics with hands-on leadership in data and technology. I’ve built and scaled AI and data teams, established company-wide strategies, and developed cloud-based infrastructures that make advanced AI applications both scalable and compliant. What drives me is not only solving complex, meaningful problems but also creating the environment where people and technology can thrive together.

I believe that strong leadership means clarity, empowerment, and trust. I’m at my best in cross-functional settings where teams take ownership and ideas flow freely.
