  1. 2nd Place Award at "Shopping Recife" Hackathon, 2018
    • In this competition, we developed a chatbot called "Clarice" who could, through natural written or spoken language, maximize the customers satisfaction when visiting and shopping at Shopping Recife Mall.
  2. 1st Place Award at IEEE LA-CCI'16 Master's Dissertation Contest
    • My Master's dissertation entitled "Weight-Based Approach for Niching in Fish School Search" was chosen as the Best Dissertation at the IEEE Latin American Congress on Evolutionary Computation 2016 Master's Thesis Contest, held in Cartagena, Colombia.
  3. 3rd Place at the 1st IBE Award of Incentive to Brazil-Europe Collaborative Projects
    • Team member of the awarded project “Development and Application of Metaheuristics in Supply Chain Network Planning”.
