Mara Barschkett

Welcome! I'm a postdoctoral researcher at the Federal Institute for Population Research (BiB, Berlin office) and a guest researcher at the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW Berlin). I obtained my PhD from Freie Universität Berlin as part of the DIW Graduate Center and member of the  Berlin School of Economics.  

My main research interests are health economics, labour economics, family economics and education economics. 

In September 2024, I will join the Institute for Applied Microeconomics at the University of Bonn as a postdoctoral researcher.
