Below is an artifact that means a lot to me. It shows information literacy through my ability to gather, comprehend, and summarize information I have experienced or obtained.
Below is an artifact I wrote for my Rhetoric and Argument class final in 2021. This paper demonstrates information I gathered about climate change and human contribution to it. I am passionate about this topic because I am advocate for environmental health in personal and business aspects. This is a small look into my morals and ethics pertaining to how the world, people and animals around us should be treated. This artifact is a great example of both information literacy, ethical and responsible behaviors.
The selected works below were created for a World Literature class I attended in early 2022. These pieces demonstrate my summaries of a very interesting graphic novel series, I had the privilege's of reading. These two books focus strongly on the authors political, social, and environmental experiences as a young girl growing up in Pakistan. These artifacts demonstrate my understanding and acknowledgement of the struggles and sacrifices that these injustices caused her. This artifact is not only a great example of political, social, and environmental responsibility but diversity awareness as well.
For this section I have provided artifacts that I created for a World History class in 2020. These pieces demonstrate my understanding of diversity in every aspect of the culture I am reviewing. From the arts to agriculture it is important to acknowledge these things for they are what shapes the world. My artifact pertaining to "Persepolis" is also a great example of my Diversity Awareness because not only have I demonstrated my understanding of diversity in culture, but politically as well.
