MapSync Web App – Version 1.0 | Last Updated: 16 September 2026
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing a paid plan on www.mapsync.co.in.
All purchases made through www.mapsync.co.in are final.
We do not provide refunds once a paid plan has been purchased or activated, except where a refund or remedy is required under applicable law.
This includes situations where:
You change your mind after purchasing a plan.
You do not use the full plan allowance.
You use only part of the available features or limits.
You no longer require the service.
You purchase a plan by mistake.
Before completing a payment, please review the selected plan, pricing, features and usage limits carefully.
By completing the purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable plan.
Payments may be processed through a third-party (www.Razorpay.com) payment gateway.
The payment gateway may have its own terms and policies relating to payment processing, transaction failures and payment disputes.
If your account is not credited after a successful payment, please contact us with the relevant transaction details.
We will review the transaction and, where appropriate, assist in resolving the issue.
If you believe that you have been charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact support with the transaction details.
Duplicate-payment cases will be reviewed individually and handled in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider procedures.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any refund, remedy or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
