Please note that when distributing this content, the user is obligated to comply with the following points:

  • Mention the original author in a way that demonstrates that the creation does not belong to them.

  • Include a direct link to the official source in the description or in a pinned comment. If we detect third-party pages that MCM Tuber (Minecraft Maps) or mapsbytub has not authorized, we may take steps to require the user to add a legitimate, direct link (redirects to adfly or bitly are not allowed; we prefer full links to avoid confusion).

• Technical edit: We allow users to access the project code and files solely for learning or informational purposes. Modifying the files is permitted only in a private environment. • Alteration or manipulation of content: Altering, concealing, or removing watermarks, digital signature blocks, credit files, or copyright notices embedded in the code or project is prohibited. 4. Protection and monitoring:

MCM Tuber (Minecraft Maps) uses identification methods to trace the authorship of its original projects. In the event of detected infringements, these are the measures that MCM Tuber (Minecraft Maps) may take, along with the different situations that may arise:

• Preventive notice (minor infringement): We will send two warnings. The first will be a formal notification via all available contact channels to the user or responsible party, reminding them of our copyright and politely requesting the removal of our content or its modification to official sources. If the user refuses to remove the content or take action, MCM Tuber (Minecraft Maps) reserves the right to report the content to the appropriate authorities for plagiarism or violation of intellectual property laws, in accordance with EU regulations. This includes: re-uploading content without permission to third-party websites or forums, adding a public review with third-party links or incorrect creator information, etc.

• Formal notice (repeat offense or serious infringement): We will send two notices. The first will be a formal notification via all available contact channels to the user or responsible party, reminding them of our copyright and politely requesting the immediate removal of our content within 72 hours. If the user or responsible party refuses to remove the content, MCM Tuber (Minecraft Maps) reserves the right to report the content to the appropriate authorities for plagiarism or violation of intellectual property laws, in accordance with EU regulations. This includes: modifying files and republishing them, falsifying or impersonating public information and then republishing it, etc.

• Immediate action (extreme cases): We will not send warnings; we will take immediate action. MCM Tuber (Minecraft Maps) will take immediate action, including notifying the user about our copyright policy and immediately removing the content for potential plagiarism, in addition to any penalties or charges the user may face under the law. This includes: falsifying files, embedding malware in original or modified files, altering digital signatures, plagiarizing part or all of the content, commercial use, resale, or monetization of the content.

5. Disclaimer and warranties:

MCM Tuber (Minecraft Maps) develops its projects to the best of its ability and with as few bugs as possible. We cannot guarantee that everything will function perfectly. We usually do our best to fix bugs, and we thank our community for bringing any potential issues to our attention. We cannot promise that there won't be any problems of this kind in the future.

To ensure the security of our files, we only share files with the official Minecraft extension, verified by Minecraft, which are automatically imported into the game without the need to install third-party plugins. Our team performs file analysis using Panda Security's malware prevention tools. MCM Tuber (Minecraft Maps) has no affiliation with Panda Security or WatchGuard Technologies, Inc.

MCM Tuber (Minecraft Maps) is not responsible for the risks associated with installing files from third-party websites or forums, including data corruption, system failures, or data loss. If the site is distributed by our official sources (such as MCPEDL or CurseForge), the user has the right to report any issues to our team, and we will provide the necessary technical support.

6. Policy compliance:

By using our projects for personal and non-commercial use, the user accepts our copyright policy and is aware that they must attribute full credit to: "MCM Tuber (Minecraft Maps)".

MCM Tuber (Minecraft Maps) reserves the right to exercise any takedown claim for any breach in accordance with our copyright policy.

7. Termination of the agreement:

This copyright policy automatically terminates if the user performs any of the actions described above. Upon termination, the user must take the following actions:

• Immediately cease all use of the content.

• Delete all digital copies in your possession.

• Remove any publications that infringe our copyright policy.
