What to bring

1. You need to bring your own computer - either PC or MAC
2. Don't forget your power supply
3. Bring some ideas of a map you would like to make
4. You will want to use as much of your language on your map as you can
5. Any word lists which you may wish to reference
   • Placenames
   • Fauna
   • Flora
   • Location specific language words or phrases
6. When it comes to images, these will come from:
   • Photos - your computer or google drive
   • Videos - youtube links/uploads
   • Have some photos on your computer with you

Getting Ready

1. You need a Google account
   • have your google account username and password with you
   • if you don't have one create it here https://accounts.google.com/SignUp
2. You can use any browser but is best viewed on Chrome
   • Install Chrome https://www.google.com.au/chrome/
3. Install Google Earth Pro
   • Visit here to install https://www.google.com/earth/versions/
   • At the top of the page on the right hand side choose "Google Earth Pro on desktop"
   • The page will move down, now click the button "Download Earth Pro on desktop"
