Location Information: The Fleet App may collect and store the precise location of Users' devices with their explicit consent, utilizing both background and foreground location access, specifically when they are in the "Conductor Role" and only when a trip is active. This is done solely for the purpose of providing a comprehensive bus location tracking system. Background location access allows the App to continue tracking the real-time location of buses on their routes even when the Fleet App is running in the background or closed. This ensures that Users receive continuous updates and accurate information about bus locations. Foreground location access is utilized when the App is actively being used by the User. It allows for seamless and immediate tracking of buses, providing up-to-date information in real-time. Both background and foreground location access are necessary to deliver a robust and reliable bus tracking experience. The collected location data is transmitted to our servers for processing and storage, while ensuring the privacy and security of Users' data.
Notification Access: When Fleet App Users grant permission for notification access, the Fleet App may collect and process notifications related to bus location updates. This allows us to provide timely and relevant information to Users regarding their chosen bus routes. The content of notifications is processed locally on the device and is not transmitted to our servers.
Battery Optimization: The Fleet App may use, "No restriction" in battery usage mode, to ensure that battery saver mode, doesn't interfere with the performance of the app. No personal or identifiable information is collected or transmitted as part of the battery optimization process.
Background Usage: The Fleet App may request permission to run in the background to provide continuous bus location tracking and real-time updates. Enabling background usage ensures that Users receive up-to-date bus location information even when the App is not actively in use. Please note that continued use of GPS running in the background may impact device battery life.
Information Usage Map My Bus (Fleet App)may collect and use Users' personal information for the following purposes:
Bus Location Tracking: The collected location information is used to provide Falcon Users with real-time updates and accurate bus location tracking services. This enables Falcon Users to know about the where abouts of the bus and stay informed about bus arrivals and departures.
Customer Support: Information you provide helps us respond to your customer support requests and provide assistance in using the bus location tracking features.
Service Improvement: We may analyze aggregated and anonymized location data to improve the performance, reliability, and functionality of the bus location tracking system. This analysis helps us optimize bus routes, identify areas for service enhancement, and improve overall user experience.
Information Protection
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information, and data stored on our servers.
Data Retention
We retain the collected location information as long as necessary to provide the bus location tracking services. Once a user discontinues using the App or requests data deletion, we will promptly delete the data from our servers.

Collecting information from children under 13
We do not collect any data from any children under the age of 13, if by any chance data is collected, it is immediately deleted. All the screens in the app are user friendly and is safe for any age group. No obscene content, or advertisement is shown in our app. Logging in to the app is only possible, if and only if any organization opting for our services, has added the phone number of the parent, and authorizing them to use the parent side of our app.
Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users' personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and Users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
