How To Delete Your Data

MapMate ensures that all users always have complete control of their privacy. We guarantee that your data will never be sold, and in addition, the MapMate experience is centered around one's privacy wherein you control who you share your location(and/or other details such as battery levels) with friends in private groups backed by secret access codes that you control.

If you wish to end your MapMate journey, we'd be sad to see you go but fully adhere to maintaining your privacy and your control over your data. In the MapMate app, you have the option to delete your account, as seen in the image on the left.
