House Rules/ Policies

We are a boutique Homestay

We do not run a hotel; instead we offer you a home with a quiet and peaceful environment. We are located at a Heritage village and respect all its customs and traditions. For making your stay comfortable we have some house rules. Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail.

  • We do not offer room service; all meals are served in the living/dining spaces.

  • An electric kettle along with an assortment of tea/coffee setup is provided in your room for your convenience. Tea/Coffee service can be provided in your room if desired.

  • Playing loud music, Making noise and Shouting is strictly not allowed. However, live instrumental music or melodies by the guests are always welcome.

  • The interiors of Maple Outhomes are strictly non-smoking areas. Smoking is allowed only outdoors, in Gardens, Patios and Verandahs.

  • A valid photo ID is mandatory for each individual guest upon arrival.

  • Standard check-in time is 02:00 PM and standard check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable. No early check in or late Checkout can be done without prior consent of the owner.

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • We do not serve alcoholic beverages. You may carry your preferred alcohol for personal consumption only.

  • The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

  • Freshly prepared meals from our kitchen are provided. The request should be made at least 30 minutes in advance. As we are unable to provide any servers after 10 PM. We request you to place all orders before 9.30 PM. The kitchen opens at 09:00 AM.

  • For heating in winters we have bed warmers however electric room heaters can also be provided on request at an extra cost. The guests are advised to use the heaters until they are awake and switch off the electric heaters before going to sleep for safety purposes.

  • Bonfire is only permitted in the garden area and is chargeable. In case of snow & rain, we will not be able to entertain such services.

  • Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics and prostitution etc. is strictly prohibited.

  • Washing of clothes inside the cottages/ bathrooms is strictly not allowed. We do have in-house laundry service available i.e. chargeable.

  • Any breakage or damage by the guests of any items in the house will be charged at actual.

  • We are not responsible for any loss or theft of valuables left open & unsecured.

  • Lightning candles or any fire items inside the house are not allowed.

  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum during their stay. Every other in-house guest needs their privacy & wishes to enjoy.

  • We can provide meals to drivers (Chargeable) but we don't have accommodation facilities for drivers.

Cancellation Policy

  • We respectfully require cancellation/ amendment 10 days prior to the day of arrival to avoid retention charges.

  • 50% amount will be deducted if booking is cancelled 10 days prior to the check-in date.

  • Full amount will be charged if booking is cancelled 7 days prior to the check-in date.

  • Holidays/Peak season cancellation/amendment must be done at least 10 days prior to arrival date to qualify for no cancellation charge.

  • All No-shows will be liable for full retention charges.

  • If any participant checks-out early, retention will be charged for those nights booked.
