The artist reserves the right to refuse your application for any reason

The artist reserves the right to post WIPs and finished commissions on any social media platform and include watermarks, though you may request to be anonymous 

The commissioner is allowed to post their commission on social media as long as you provide credit and a link to me preferably to Bluesky

After payment the artist will try to get the work completed with in ~7 days

The commissioner understands that their may be situations out side the artist's control that could impact the timeline and delays could push the work to be completed with in a month after payment

Any work created by the artist could potentially be printed in to merch by the artist, though the commissioner has the right to opt out at their digression 

Using any works created by this artist with or to train AI is forbidden

By commissioning the artist you agree that Nightshade and/or Glaze may be added to protect the art

May it be required the artist reserves the right to inquire about personal information (e.g. credit/debit card, address, name, etc.)

You will be notified through Telegram if you received a slot

Feel free to DM me to check up on progress every now and then or through Trello where major updates will be tracked

In the event that personal information (e.g. names, addresses, etc.) needs to be shared between each other doxing will not be tolerated

All work created by this artist is licensed under the Creative Common Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International license

The artist retains the right to use the work for any purpose
