My name is Low Man Ying.

I graduated with Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design from University Putra Malaysia. I took a turn to study design during university even though I was a biology stream student during Form 6. 4 years of university studies had geared me with design skills, aesthetics perception, and problem-solving skills. I also learned a lot from industrial training as I was exposed to how furniture is manufactured in big scale using systematic and fastest way. I like how the products go from a concept into a real-life tangible product.

Why design?

Design provides limitless ways and creativity of solving issues. It affects me in a way that I see things differently in my daily life. I got excited every time when I see eye-pleasing interior design, creative mall displays, and cute household products. I think I should pursue what I enjoy and really passionate about, which is why I aspire to be a designer.

The expectation of job

I hope I could develop my soft skills, understand more on the design business and play my role in serving the company together with the teams. I target to become the expert in the design field and get more opportunities in career advancement. To accomplish this, I would give all out to the position I'd be taking and never stop learning to meet the requirements of the industry.
