I was a part of ChangeMakers Bootcamp organised by IIT Delhi during June 6th to June 27th. The students from around the country joined us on campus to work on solutions for various environmental problems. Our team worked on unsustainable behaviours in waste management at household level and developed a product called 'Khaana Clock' as a solution.

Presented my work at IMRC '24 at IIM Ahmedabad
I was exhilarated to present our work, which aimed to understand the differences in consumers' responses to AI-generated marketing content and human-generated content. The talk was followed by some very helpful suggestions by the panelist Prof. Tanvi Gupta, and insightful questions by the audience members regarding the methodology and ideas behind our research. This work was funded by CHANAKYA PG Fellowship by Anubhuti iHub, IIIT Delhi.
Presented my work at ACCS-11 at IIT Bombay
In the last week of December 2024, immediately followed by my presentation at IIM-A, I got another wonderful chance to present my thesis work and ideation at the 11th Annual Conference of Cognitive Science held at IIT Bombay. It was as fun and productive as other conferences of the series. My thesis work is inspired by Wolfe and Kreiman's latest work in developing human-like visual search neural networks.
Poster presentation at ACCSX at IIT Kanpur
After getting back into academics, this was my first research activity. I designed this battery of tests for studying attention in the special population of Prakash patients while working as an RA at the organization early this year. It was great fun presenting this work at ACCSX during 9th-11th December '23. It was even more fun to get such useful suggestions and criticisms from the esteemed professors and fellow researchers attending the conference.
EEG/EMG Demo to students during Open House at IIT-D
IIT Delhi organized an Open House Day on 4th November '23 where different departments demonstrated their projects to school students from across the country. We as students of cognitive science demonstrated mini EEG & EMG from Upside Down Labs to the enthusiastic lot of high school students. I loved the idea of sharing the field knowledge with the students. They loved our demo too, as evidenced by the smiles on our faces seeing this young boy reaching alpha waves within no time in such a crowd!
Research Collaboration with Nexactly Solutions
I have collaborated with Nexactly Solutions on an industry research project in the field of Neuromarketing. I am working together with a small team of diversely skilled people. While in a discussion with the company's co-founder, Shyam, we look pretty happy because we just finished the first stage of the project. I am excited to see where we take this project.
Presented at IIM Ahmedabad
I presented my ideas about 'Shaping consumer marketing strategies as per neuroscience' at Behavioral Science of Management, 2023 on 4th April, hosted by the NSE-Centre for Behavioral Science Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. It was a pleasure to find that our submission was among the top 8 papers selected out of all 174 papers submitted to the marketing track.
Hands-on Experiment Designing Workshop
We organized a workshop to share knowledge on Desining surveys and behavioural psychological experiement at National Academy of Psychology (NAOP) Conference held during 28th Feb to 7th March at Ahmedabad University. My talented co-organizers are Shubham Pandey, a senior research fellow at IIT Bombay and Dr. Nithin George, an Assistant Professor at Ahmedabad University. They talked about PsyToolkit and Psychopy, while I shared tips on using ePrime for experiment design for behavioral research.
