I have a strong experience in fundraising and coordination of international research projects. In 2018, I coordinate the application for the Jean Monnet Excellence Center that we awarded in the University of Clermont Auvergne, resulting in the creation of ERASME Excellence center for sustainability in 2018, the first European Sustainability Research Center.
Other projects that I have coordinated or submitted for evaluation are:
• The Biowaste, Economy and Metabolism project submitted in the French Energy Agency (ADEME). It is a 2 years project with three French partners and an expected budget of 600K EUR. The project is based on the development of a systemic approach to draw up the most suitable strategies mix for organic waste management in a city scale.
• The BLUEPRINT Circular economy project submitted to the Interreg Channel Manche call, is a three years project that gathers eight partners from the United Kingdom and France, asking for a grant of 3M EUR. The project aims to model and analyse the available strategies and technologies that could optimize the transition to circular economy. We aim to develop decision support tools like system dynamic simulations, leading to participatory decision making and social innovations strategies.
• The Circular economy transition project submitted in the H2020 call, it is a three years project gathering 8 partners from Europe and asking for a grant of 4M EUR in total. The project aims to map and analyse the current state of the art of transition towards CE through a systemic approach merging sustainable circles and biophysical flows/stocks analysis.
• The SDG17 & Systems thinking submitted in the COST call. A three years project that seeks to boost networking education, training and pedagogy boosting critical thinking.
