Hello!
I am a Posdoctoral Researcher at the Paris School of Economics. My general research areas are Behavioural Economics, Gender Economics and Experimental Economics.
My research combines microeconometric analysis and experimental techniques in the area of social norms. I pay special attention to the optimal design of interventions to shift harmful gender norms in the short run, aiming to reduce the gender gap in the workplace.
I hold a PhD in Economics from the University College of Dublin, a MSc in Economics from the Barcelona School of Economics and a BA in Economics from the University of Santiago de Compostela.
I am currently funded by the Gendhi Project, a research initiative that aims to understand how gender, in interaction with other social structures such as class and race, shapes health inequalities.
which aims to understand how gender, in interaction with other social structures such as class and race, shapes health inequalities over the life course.
Take a look at my job market paper titled "#MeToo...or not? Do salient shocks affect gender social norms?" (single-authored, available here)
