My research primarily focuses on the development of numerical methods for solving partial differential equations, with a particular emphasis on virtual element methods. I work specifically on the stabilization of equations arising in fluid dynamics.
In addition, I study unstabilized virtual element methods based on approximation by rational functions.
Recently, my work has been oriented toward Finite Element Methods for magnetohydrodynamics.
