All configuration information for your flash settings is stored completely within the app, as installed on your device. Your flash settings data does not leave your device, or is it shared with any other app or service running on your device.

No special app permissions are required and no monitoring of app usage is performed or reported beyond what is provided by Google to developers in the Android Vitals section of the Google Play Console.
