Mantras are the eternal sound vibrations of nature. These vibrations like the OM mantra can be perceived in deep states of meditation. While many sounds can awaken the physical body, emotions and intellect. Mantra music awakens an inner connection to that eternal dimension within us. Mantras create a harmony in our physical environment and harmony in our minds. These positive sound vibrations help to bring much needed peaceful energy to humanity and all creations. As mantras originate from nature we cannot say that they belong to one particular group, culture or religion. This is why mantras are referred to as a universal language. We are now witnessing an age whereby people all over the world are joining in song and waking up to the wonders of mantra music.

Kirtan and mantra works on many levels, from relaxation of physical tensions in the body to attaining deeper states of awareness beyond mind. The ultimate purpose of chanting is to surrender. Surrender means connecting with who we really are. For this we have to go beyond the unconscious patterns that block us from feeling deeply connected to our divinity, humanity and nature.

Background:  Data from a pilot study suggested that noetic therapies-healing practices that are not mediated by tangible elements-can reduce preprocedural distress and might affect outcomes in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention. We undertook a multicentre, prospective trial of two such practices: intercessory prayer and music, imagery, and touch (MIT) therapy.

Objective:  Disease-modifying treatments for OA remain elusive, and commonly used medications can have serious side effects. Although meditation and music listening (ML) have been shown to improve outcomes in certain chronic pain populations, research in OA is sparse. In this pilot RCT, we explore the effects of two mind-body practices, mantra meditation (MM) and ML, on knee pain, function, and related outcomes in adults with knee OA.

Live footage from the studio, which features Grohl, Homme and Reznor performing an instrumental version of "Mantra", was released via Rolling Stone's official website on March 7, 2013.[5][7][8] In a second step were added Reznor's distorted guitar and the interweaving between the singing of the three musicians: "Grohl delivers the primary vocal, but by song's end, Reznor has grabbed the mic, while Homme delivers harmonies and guitar work throughout."[9]

After renaming the record label, I began discovering and developing local talent by putting a team together that helped with production, development, and label services. I found three local talents that did not have professional guidance and orchestrated their first musical experience on a professional level. We then started The Darrington Group. The company specializes in consulting, full-service management, A&R consulting & artist development. After starting The Darrington Group, I then decided to take my talents to Los Angeles and take advantage of new opportunities. During my exploration of LA, I began to study under a PR firm that sparked my interest in public relations. I caught the eye of multiple clients with the desire to take all that I had learned back to the music. While networking I met the then Senior Vice President/A&R of RCA Records, Wayne Williams, where I studied under him as a personal Jr A&R.
