Service Terms:

By signing this form, you (the “Customer”) agree to allow Mansfield Mobile Mechanic and its team to perform automotive services on your vehicle at your requested location.

We agree to:
- Perform services to the best of our ability using industry-standard practices.
- Take reasonable care of your vehicle and property.

Customer Responsibilities:

You understand and agree that:
1. You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is safe to work on, meaning it is parked on level ground, not in a hazardous area, and accessible.
2. You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your vehicle’s condition, warning lights, and any existing damage.
3. You must disclose any aftermarket modifications or unusual systems that could affect service.

Liability Waiver:

Mansfield Mobile Mechanic is not liable for any pre-existing issues with the vehicle, or problems resulting from previously faulty parts or components.

We will not be held responsible for:
- Damage due to hidden mechanical issues unrelated to the service performed.
- Failures occurring after service that are not a direct result of our work.
- Issues that arise due to customer-supplied parts that are incorrect, defective, or incompatible.

We will be responsible for damages only if caused by our crew’s proven negligence, such as:
- Incorrect installation
- Use of wrong parts when provided by us
- Mishandling of components or tools during service

Payment & Warranty:

- All payments are due immediately upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We offer a 7-day limited service guarantee on labor (not parts), valid only if the issue is directly related to our work and not misuse, damage, or unrelated mechanical failure.

Agreement:

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have read and understand this agreement. I agree to the terms outlined above and authorize Mansfield Mobile Mechanic to perform services on my vehicle.
