Registration Form - Used to register a Pathfinder into the Manning Area Pathfinder club.

Attendance Form - This form is to be completed a Parent or Guardian for all people attending a club camp or event that involves an overnight stay. It includes permission for Pathfinders when not accompanied by their Parent or Guardian and medical emergency approval. 

Feedback Form - Used to provide feedback to the committee to assist with improving the running of the club. 

Pinewood Derby Forms

The Pinewood Derby is a race between small cars made out of pinewood blocks. In late August participants design and race their car down a 20 meter, 4 lane track, to see who has the fastest car. Prizes are also awarded for Design and Sportsmanship. Kits are sourced from America so we ask you to complete one form per family in May to provide an indication of how many kits we need to order. In July we then ask you to enter the Derby and pay for the kits.

Pinewood Derby Entry Form - Used to enter the Pinewood Derby. Includes Payment of car kits.
