Applicants will not be eligible if they have past-due account balances of over $2,000 on the following accounts: Tax liens, derogatory accounts, charged-offs, court judgments, and or child support payments.
Must have a consistent positive bank account ending balance of at least $100.00 for applicants applying for the Credit Start Credit Building Loan, and an ending balance of at least $300.00 for the Business Kick-Start Credit Building Loan at the end of every monthly cycle.
