Monday 7 September - Olga Cahill - Stewart House

Each year, 1,600 public school children from remote country areas stay at Stewart House beachside haven in Curl Curl for free. During their 12-day stay, they receive vital dental, optical, hearing and medical care. Over 80 children arrive in each group every 12 days. They are aged between 7 - 14 years old.  The children often arrive with absolutely nothing so they are very grateful for any clothing or personal toiletries like toothpaste and brushes as well as new socks and underwear that can be donated.  Please feel free to bring along a contribution in cash or kind to the meeting if you are able to do so.

Monday 2 November - Catherine De Vrye

Catherine was an IBM executive  prior to becoming a best selling author of 9 books on change, resilience and customer service. Chosen as  Australian executive woman of the year. was also named one of the top 100 Women of influence in Australia in 2016. Always in search of new material, as a thought leader she even trekked to Timbuktu! An active surf lifesaver, sportswoman & adventurer, she’s cycled over the Andes, scaled peaks in the Antarctic & climbed 20,000’ to the summit of Mt Kilimanjaro in Africa & beyond Everest Base Camp.
