I have tried several yoga classes earlier and found your classes so friendly, and caring, and great instructions about each and every asana. If you remember when I joined you, I had just recovered from my wrist injury and I was not sure if I could pull off any asana but just one class & there you go,
I fell in love with your way of teaching, your way of seeing and approaching yoga. The training was beyond any of my expectations! As you always say, it’s not a competition, listen to your body and actually I started to follow this mantra after joining you. I enjoyed your sessions immensely.
I still struggle with a few asanas but I can notice a significant improvement in myself overall, mentally, physically, and spiritually. I feel more stability and strength in asanas. The major shift that I see in myself is ‘self-acceptance’ and ‘self-love’
