BuddhaNet from Australia has free Buddhist Studies units, including for elementary and secondary students: https://www.buddhanet.net/e-learning/ 

Twinkl is a lesson plan subscription service that has a lot of worksheets on Buddhist studies for young people: https://www.twinkl.ca/search?q=buddhism&c=37&r=parent  You can get a free trial. Seems good for classroom teachers.
